The apartments have been created within a restored Grade II listed Victorian villa built in 1868 and four elegant newly-built houses.
The beautifully maintained grounds retain the original Victorian landscaping and many mature trees including the now spectacularly tall sequoias (Wellingtonia) as well as varieties of spruce, silver fir, cedars, horse chestnut, oak, copper beech, plane, lime, ash and elm.
